Industry/ Organization Type: Plastics Precision ManufacturerPosition Title: Logistics & Finance AssistantWorking Location: Sungei KadutWorking Hours: 5 Days, Mon - Fri (9am - 5pm)Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable BonusDuration: PermanentResponsibilitiesOversee the processing of orders from both China and local suppliers, ensuring accurate invoicing and coordinating delivery logistics.Update and maintain records on inventory and pricing.Handle DP claims effectively.Manage trade rebates, market movement limits, foreign asset funds, and foreign exchange rates.Managing company and private vehicles, including Certificates of Entitlement (COE), road tax, insurance, and maintenance schedules.Ensure compliance and organization in all logistics and administrative tasks.APPLY NOW!!Minimum 1 year or related work experience.Proficient with MS Office.Good Mandarin reading and writing skills to liaise with China suppliers.
