Job Description

The Opportunity:Our client is one of the global leading OEM company in the Automotive industry, specializing in the assembly and supply of engineered driveline, sealing and thermal technologies. We are currently seeking a Logistics Manager to be responsible for order fulfilment, shipment & freight forwarder management, inventory management, and customer service.

• Mon-Fri 8.30AM-6PM
• Basic up to $6,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

The Job:Order Fulfilment

• Collaborate with Sales Manager in China to process and manage customers\' orders.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of orders in system.

Shipment & Freight Forwarder Management

• Overseeing the planning and execution of shipments from distribution centers to customers.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Monitor performance of vendors and implement improvements as needed.

Customer Service

• Serving as the primary contact for customers regarding orders and shipment inquiries.
• Maintain strong relationship with customers and understand their needs and requirements.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels across distribution centers to ensure product availability.
• Manage stock replenishments and transfers.

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance order fulfilment and distribution efficiency.

The Talent:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain/Business Management
• Min. 5-8 years of relevant experiences in logistics management and material planning is required.
• Proficiency in Navision would be highly advantageous
• Strong verbal presentation in Mandarin to support internal and external stakeholders from mainland China.
