Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized

Logistics Manager

to oversee our supply chain operations, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and monitor logistics operations including inbound/outbound shipments, warehousing, and inventory control. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods and materials. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers. Maintain logistics policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards. Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports on logistics activities. Lead, train, and manage the logistics team. Handle logistics issues, resolve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee the maintenance and safety of warehouse facilities and transportation equipment.

Requirements:

Experience in [industry-specific logistics, e.g., cold chain, e-commerce fulfillment]. Degree or equivalent qualification. * Good interpersonal skills and physically fit.
