Job Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily trailer operations, including dispatching, routing, and scheduling.
Oversee trailer fleet maintenance, inspections, and compliance with safety regulations.
Optimize trailer utilization and reduce empty hauls through strategic planning.
Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and third-party transport providers.
Monitor trailer movement using GPS and fleet management systems.
Ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation of cargo.
Lead and train trailer yard staff and logistics coordinators.
Analyze operational data and generate reports to improve performance and reduce costs.
? Requirements
Experience in logistics or transportation, with a focus on trailer operations.
Strong knowledge of trailer types
Proficient in logistics software and fleet tracking systems.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with local and international transport regulations.
Min with Diploma or Degree holder
