Logistics Officer ($2000 $2800/aws/vb)

Job Description
$2800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Respond to calls and email enquiries.
- Activate/register shipments to system.
- Co-ordinate/follow-up with customers and vendors for shipment / transport arrangement.
- Arrange for customs clearance application.
- Generate invoice for services.
- Generate daily operations reports.
- Update Track and Trace events.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Min Nitec/ Diploma in Logistics/ Supply chain or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of transportation/warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
