Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Supply Chain
- Position Title: Logistics Officer/ Logistics Assistant
- Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Expo)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
- Salary Package: Up to $2,700 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Perform clerical duties such as typing sales quotations, answering sales enquiries, booking surveys, enquiries destination rates and processing import and export documentation.
- Liaise with freight forwarding companies and perform freight booking, monitoring delivery schedules
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ensure effective and efficient administrative support for internal departments on order, delivery, schedule, shipping arrangement and invoicing
- At least GCE “O” level and above.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience.
