Job Description
Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Officer to prepare permit declaration, order processing, and coordinate with the internal and external team.
What Will You Do
- To prepare order processing through PSA Haulier Community System.
- To prepare permit declaration through Crimson logic.
- To prepare payment and courier service on behalf of the customer.
- To prepare shipping documentations and coordinate with the shipping line or agent.
- To perform transportation coordination with the haulage operation team (Internal).
- To perform warehouse coordination with the warehouse operation team (Internal & External).
- To perform depot coordination with depot operation team (Internal & External).
- To prepare and generate reports by daily or monthly.
- To prepare monthly accrual submission (Internal & External).
- To execute closure for all completed HCS orders in PSA HCS system.
- To check all PSA relevant charges are transmitted into PSA HCS system.
- To state all additional Ameroid charges on the HCS orders (Hard copy) for billing purposes.
- To prepare and attach required receipts and emails for billing purposes.
- At least a GCE O Level or A level.
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Having knowledge in PSA Haulier Community System and TradeNet will be added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
