As a full-time Logistics Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's supply chain and transportation operations. This position is based in the Tai Seng North-East Region and involves overseeing the efficient movement, storage and distribution of the company's products.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate and schedule the transportation of goods between company facilities and customers
Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is available to meet customer demands
Liaise with third-party logistics providers to facilitate timely and cost-effective deliveries
Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including shipments, deliveries and inventory
Identify opportunities to optimise logistics processes and recommend improvements
Assist in the implementation of new logistics systems and technologies
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Proficient in using logistics management software and MS Office applications
A keen eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
