Logistics Officer / Import & Export Shipment / VGM / Contractor Invoice / Data Entry / Bukit Timah * Working days & hours: 5 days, 9am-6pm * Salary: S$2500-S$2800 * Location: Bukit Timah Road Logistics Officer / Import & Export Shipment / VGM / Contractor Invoice / Data Entry / Bukit Timah Working days & hours: 5 days, 9am-6pm Salary: S$2500-S$2800 Location: Bukit Timah Road Job Scope Handle operation for import or export shipment and prepare necessary documentations. Monitor shipment and ensure receipt of shipping documents. Liaising with Shipping line/forwarder - booking of containers, checking of vessel schedule. Data entry using in house system. Coordinate with transporters for trucking of containers. Submission of Inward list to barge operator for portnet declaration. Liaising with Indonesia counterpart on container issues. Submission of Loading Confirmation reports to shipping liners/freight forwarders. VGM (Verified Gross Mass) - Submission to shipping liner's online platform. Apply and process permit using Tradenet/Tradeweb. Issue work order to external and internal contractors. Verify billings from shipping line and contractor invoice. Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.
