Job Description
Job Summary:
- Basic Salary: $2,350 to $2,700
- Annual Wage Supplement
- Annual Leave
- 1 year contract (convertible after 1 year)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.15pm
- Location: Tampines (5 minutes walking distance from Tampines IKEA)
- Well-known MNC firm with great career progression
- Handle shipping and airfreight inquiries from customers and responsible for shipment booking
- To co-ordinate with customer / freight forwarder on all customer service-related issues
- Ensure proper keeping of cycle count sheet
- Ensure timely and accurate data processing
- Assist with order processing
- Collate and compute the monthly KPI report
- Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant working experience
