Freight Forwarding Industry AWS & VBs Company transport is provided

Position 1: Shipping Officer x2

Coordinate and arrange daily shipments, including imports and exports Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical issues Communicate with internal departments to align shipping schedules with operational needs Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, company policies, and customer requirements

Position 2: Logistics Officer (Haulier) x1

Plan and schedule container trucking and haulage activities using the company's internal fleet. Liaise closely with drivers, port officers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely collection and delivery. Monitor fleet movement and resolve any operational or delivery issues promptly. Maintain accurate transport documentation and update shipment status in the system. Support continuous improvement of haulage efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:


GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent At least 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics or coordination roles
