What the role is:ISD confronts and addresses threats to Singapore\'s internal security and stability. For over 70 years, ISD and its predecessor organisations have played a central role in countering threats such as those posed by foreign subversive elements, spies, racial and religious extremists, and terrorists. A fulfilling and rewarding career awaits those who want to join in ISD\'s critical mission of keeping Singapore safe, secure and sovereign for all Singaporeans.What you will be working on:- To conduct surveys with users to identify and analyse user needs so as to determine prevalent trends, dynamics and market conditions and enhance user experience. - To liaise with internal and external stakeholders. - To Identify and adopt innovative logistics solutions to streamline processes. - To develop integrated logistics solutions across transportation, supplies and services. - To co-ordinate logistics support for major events and operations. - To perform operational documentation for logistics services. - To perform procurement and manage associated risks. - To plan and coordinate timely supply chain operations. - To manage contracts and supplies to ensure business continuity. - To digitalize processes for seamless user experience and efficacy. - To collect and analyse data for consumption insights and improvement.What we are looking for:

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or equivalent competencies will be preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain and digitalization would be preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-driven, analytical, systematic and meticulous individual. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and in teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good organizational skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to persevere and work under pressure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Only Singaporeans need apply We wish to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
