Job Description
Logistics Officer - Tuas - Free company transport - $3300
- Responsible to compare, identify information, count, weight or measure item of incoming and outing shipment to verify information against packing list, bills, invoice order or other records
- Conduct Quality and Quantity check on goods and documents
- Timely update of warehouse transaction in ERP system
- Conduct cycle count and ensure stock accuracy & integrity in the warehouse
- Timely process and resolve of stock discrepancy
- Coordinate transport and ensure timely delivery of goods to customer
- Ensure all HSE policy and requirements are met
- Ensure safety and housekeeping in the warehouse
- Oversee warehouse staff on its workshop/ site operations/ transportation, when required
- Oversee warehouse staff on skill development and knowledge required for operations, when required
- Responsible for warehouse purchases and handling of the ad-hoc collection and handling of cash payments, when required
- May operate machinary, tier-lift, forklift or truck to covey, hoisting and transport of items that are managed by warehouse
- Assist in data collection and prepare presentation slides
- Any other duties assigned by Logistic Executive
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
