Job Description

- Position Title: Logistics Operation Supervisor
- Working Location: Downtown Core
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Regularly update key rates to and from Korean ports for air freight, ocean freight, local trucking, and related charges.
- Maintain an accurate rate table to respond promptly to logistics inquiries from Korean partners.
- Process import and export air and sea shipments according to SOPs.
- Prepare invoices/debit notes for customers and agents, and arrange payments to local vendors, partners, co-loaders, and carriers.
- Monitor shipments to meet customer requirements and handle feedback or complaints.
- Track team KPIs and report to the Branch Manager in Malaysia.
- Work closely with Accounting and the Branch Manager to resolve related issues.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Branch Manager and the Hong Kong Head Office.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sea or air freight forwarding.
- Experience in managing import/export permits and other general logistics operation
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
