Logistics & Operations Coordinator

Job Description

What You'll Do



Coordinate Deliveries:

Liaise with clients and drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, aligned with client expectations.

Logistics Planning:

Work closely with the driver operations team to assign logistics personnel (e.g. truck drivers) based on project needs and availability.

Track Shipments:

Monitor and track shipments in real-time to ensure on-schedule arrivals.

Client Support:

Attend to client requests, assist with claims for additional charges, and provide excellent service throughout the process.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare end-of-day reports and generate invoices when needed for clients and internal stakeholders.

Event Logistics:

Arrange and coordinate same-day deliveries for high-priority events and time-sensitive projects.

Hands-On Assistance:

Step in to help with sorting and packing when necessary--teamwork makes the dream work!


What We Seek



Proficiency in

MS Office

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and

Google Suite

Strong attention to detail with a knack for solving problems on the fly Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

--you'll be working with a wide range of people Able to commit to a

5-day work week

(4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend) * Able to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, evening shifts) and public holidays when required
