Logistics Operations Executive
Job Description
Coordinate and oversee the daily logistics operations for import, export, and local delivery of food products. Arrange transportation, shipping, and warehousing to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Prepare and review shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, permits, etc.). Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor inventory levels and update stock records in the system. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, customs requirements, and company policies. Track shipments and provide status updates to clients and management. Handle logistics-related issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly. Support cost control by optimizing routes, freight charges, and warehouse usage. * Generate reports on logistics performance, shipment status, and inventory movement.
