Logistics Operations Executive.
Job description :
- Coordinating logistics, transportation, and distribution activities
- Monitor and follow up on transiting shipments
- Product and inventory management of appointed product lines
- Monitor and follow-up with shipping agents to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate shipping document submission
- Tracking weekly order movement status
- Monitor and expedite delivery to ensure smooth and uninterrupted supply according to customer needs
- Gathering of market intelligence on new products, industry trends, competitive development and constant evaluation of potential new product line
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficient in ambiguous situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive attitude
- Advantageous to have experience working in small teams and sourcing projects
- Possess initiative, responsibility and willingness to learn
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS office applications
Work week : Mon-Fri
Salary : Upto $2800 pm (higher salary will be considered based on experience)
