Job Description

• Position : Logistics / Operations Executive - Up to $3,600 - Changi South
• Location : Changi South
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,600 + Performance
• Bonus + AWS + Medical Benefits + 10 Days AL
• Duration : Perm

Responsibilities:

• Assist Operations Manager in supervising daily operations of organization.
• To handle some groundwork jobs, presales activities such as quotation preparation and pricing agreement application with suppliers & customers.
• Responsible for working with customers to fulfil their orders / shipments
• Liaise closely with customers, to ensure prompt & accurate order processing & shipments
• Ensure proper documentations are being file and organise
• To resolve disputes & complain arise out of deliveries
• Plan, schedule, organize and assign jobs daily
• Assist the Operation Manager to monitor the vehicles\' servicing/maintenance schedule and arrange accordingly
• Ensure all drivers and delivery assistants comply to SOPs
• Display professional attitudes towards customer
• To coach/mentor staff to bring about positive mindset and attitude that is required for work within the organization
• Work closely and maintain cordial relationships at all times with all other departments\' personnel.
• Positive problem-solving attitude
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivanlent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business
