Logistics Operations Lead
Job Description
We are a contractor handling various project works in Tuas, Jurong Island and other parts of Singapore.
The candidate is responsible for logistics arrangements for our workforce, material storage and mobilisation to various project sites, and delivery of materials to end users in our material trading activities.
The candicate shall be in charge of handling our fleet of vehicles and preferably possess a Class 3 driving license as he/she is required to commute to project sites. He/She shall arrange for delivery of materials in timely manner to site using our fleet of drivers. He/She shall be responsible for all incoming shipments and arrange for downloading and storage arrangements. He/She shall be the main point of contact for our project leads for material check, arrangements and delivery.
The candidate shall be responsible for the warehouse management and maintaining of stock list as well as regular stock check. He/She shall request the procurement department for stock replenishment whenever the stock runs low and shall assist with procurement activities if required.
The candidate shall be responsible for the maintenance of our vehicle fleet and ensure that our drivers are competent and comply to traffic rules and regulations. He/She shall be responsible to arrange for commuting of our workers to and from site safely and in a timely manner.
