Coordinating and streamlining daily operations, creating new strategies, and improving processes based on feedback.
Liaising with various departments to enhance coordination and efficiency across the company.
Optimizing time and resource allocations and analyzing performance to present findings to management.
Leading teams, providing direction, assisting with decision-making, and helping to resolve conflicts.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company and its subsidiaries
other safety certificates and forklift licence are an added advantage
Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and with trading and operations professionals to maximize effciency and minimize cost for our commodity trades
Develop strong relationships with suppliers, customers and logistics providers to ensurre the smooth flow of commodities to and from our trading partners
Monitor vessel movements and cargo availabilty to ensure timely delivery and minimize demurrage
