Job Responsibilities:





Responsible for end-to-end (E2E) supply chain operations and freight forwarding business support, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of the entire transportation process. Coordinate air and land transportation resources to ensure timely and stable capacity. Handle and organize business data, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and traceability. Follow up on customs clearance progress, liaise with customs brokers and relevant parties to ensure timely cargo release. Conduct regular reconciliation and cost verification to ensure accuracy and transparency in accounting Monitor and resolve various exceptions during transportation (including delays, loss, damage, customs clearance issues, etc.), provide timely solutions and drive implementation. Generate operational analysis and optimization proposals based on business needs to continuously improve transportation and supply chain efficiency. * Support additional projects and tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
