Working Days: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (0800 - 1700) & Sat (0800 - 1200)Location: PIONEER SECTORSalary: Up to $3,500 + AWS + VB:

• Support the Department Manager in managing the daily operations of building materials scheduling and delivery.
• Develop and manage daily delivery schedules, procurement plans, and monitor monthly inventory controls.
• Address and resolve any delivery issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Provide administrative support, coordinate activities, and initiate purchase requisitions for inventoried items.
• Organize mandatory training courses for workers.
• Maintain and manage departmental ISO records.
• Handle all internal and external correspondence.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in building materials delivery planning.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• ISO knowledge is an advantage.
