Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Working with customers/suppliers/drivers and other traffic desks, planning routes and scheduling delivery times to ensure the smooth running of the operation
- Prioritizing workload, route planning driver brief and de-brief
- Organize and maintain systematic filing to meet regulatory requirements for the department
- Maintain and upkeep good rapport with all customers
- Handle port clearance procedure
- Coordinate ah-hoc emergency response.
- Posses class 3 driving license (Manual) / class 4 will be an added advantage
- With relevant working experience will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant with good working attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Off on alternate Sat / Standby 24/7.
- Working Days: 5.5Days [Mon - Fri : 8AM - 5PM, Sat : 8AM - 12PM]
- Working Location: Tuas [Company Transport Available]
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Performance bonus
