ONLY Singaporeans / ResidentsLocation: Bukit BatokWorking Days: 5 Days, Monday to FridayWorking Hours: 8.30am to 6pmSalary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 (Basic) + Comm + Transport AllowanceIndustry: Integrated Logistics Management (3PL)Responsibilities:

• Actively engage in cold calling and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to promote our international air and ocean freight services.
• Develop strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities through effective relationship building and networking.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and service issues promptly and effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication throughout the sales and operations process.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate logistics operations from order placement to final delivery, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor shipment schedules, transit times, and service quality to meet customer expectations.
• Resolve operational challenges and implement solutions to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
• Develop strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns to expand our customer base and enhance market presence.
• Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports, performance metrics, and KPIs for management review.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and operational processes using CRM software or databases.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and customer service to achieve business objectives.
• Provide support to colleagues and assist in ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Able to handle Chinese documents.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the logistics industry, with a strong understanding of operational coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, capable of resolving issues under pressure.
• Well-organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
