Job Description


:

  • To locate and cultivate new business relationships, perform market research, meet sales quotas, oversee all aspects of sales and logistical operations, compile monthly sales reports, calculate costs and guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve precise volume growth targets in the designated area(s) of the firm while also maximizing sales growth from current customers through the development of new sales, product marketing, and customer support approaches.
  • Hunting activities for new corporate sales accounts to meet sales targets.
  • Respond to new sales leads.
  • Collaboration between service providers and clients to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive supply chain ideas (including logistics, transportation, and storage).
  • As an Account Manager, you will be the company\'s face to the client.
  • You will investigate new channels for generating business opportunities.
  • Recommend solutions based on customer needs by using industry knowledge.
  • Be familiar with the supply chain landscape, ecommerce logistics, warehousing, and freight forwarding.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and identify new opportunities.
  • Perform all aspects of the sales process and input & update all relevant activities utilizing specified reports and customer relationship management daily.
  • Prepare quotations to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments and team members to achieve the company\'s goals.
  • Any other duties as assigned or required.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in related field of studies.
  • Possess at least 2+ years of Sales Experiences.
  • Excellent knowledge in all aspects of operations, such as booking, documentation, and customs clearance processes for both import and export.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Computer software knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong team player and good organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, strong desire to learn.
  • Willing to travel.
