Job Description
Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Logistics Specialist to support their Supply Chain Team. They are located in the West - Company transport is available.
Duties:
- Review quotes and documents prior to issuing PO to suppliers
- Manage PO process from issuing of PO to suppler acknowledgement and PO closure
- Ensure timely update and expediting of Purchase Order status
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Knowledge of Procurement activities
- Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company
- Team player and able to work well with all levels
