The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with a well-established US company specializing in global data center solutions, IT infrastructure, AV systems, and cloud services. We are looking to hire a Logistics Specialist to be based on-site at their client company, handling daily operations. Reporting to the Team Lead, the successful incumbent will primarily handle asset return material authorization (RMA), decommissioning, and other activities related to the product lifecycle.

• Work location: near Raffles Place MRT
• Work hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm
• Basic salary + Variable Bonuses

The Job:

• Act as the primary contact for local operational inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Collect, consolidate, and report data and KPIs, recommending actionable improvements when necessary.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining attention to detail, completing tasks promptly, and ensuring an efficient work environment.
• Support on-site operations in line with guidelines, focusing on RMA, VR, Server Spare, and Decommission activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect data related to RMA, VR, Server Spare, and Decommission activities.
• Manage coordination of asset data for new site deployments with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform additional tasks when necessary.

The Talent:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in handling RMA/Reverse Logistics, with a background in IT, data centers, or electronics environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP) and WMS.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
