Job Description

1. Makes plan, schedule and route of trucks to maximize productivity and efficiency of drivers2. Ensure SOP and Safety Policies are implemented at all times3. Ensure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced as scheduled4. Supports the Fleet Supervisor in coordinating and communicating with clients and partner forwarders5. Motivates, organizes and encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met6. Monitor and control the driver and truck activities7. Issues and collects fleet cards before and after trips8. Arranging for the induction and trainings of all drivers, including newly hired9. Assists in leading and directing strategic planning for logistics and transportation route10. In-charge of monitoring and documentation of the daily transportation schedule11. Ensuring company compliance of all transport policies, legislation and procedures12. Maintaining accurate administrative records13. Maintains a complete inventory system through recording all expenditures and income of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc.14. In-charge of preparing accident/incident reports and coordinating with HQ for insurance claims.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php11,737.50 - Php15,000.00 per monthBenefits:
