Job Description

: The Logistics Supervisor shall ensure that products are shipped and delivered in a timely manner and that inventory levels are sufficiently maintained.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily logistics activity for all functions, including prioritizing workload for delivery pullouts.
• Schedule all manpower requirements for shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
• Schedule shipments and deliveries based on received Purchase Orders.
• Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, purchase orders, Customer requirements, and other records to determine priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all inventory transactions and physical movement of materials from receipt to stocking, to distribution.

• Maintains accuracy of inventory by conducting cycle count, regular physical inventories, and implementation of corrective actions.

• Evaluate and process import/export documents for various accounts in the internal system and obtain all custom releases and invoices for all import accounts.
• Administer delivery of all cargo and process all custom releases and monitor all receivables and ensure work within the required timeframe and assist supervisors to resolve all transaction issues.

• Supervise all new products and associate shipments and ensure the arrival of all goods within the required timeframe and catalog and coordinate with the team to establish all transportation costs and evaluate all product selection.
• Evaluate all import transportation and assist in the clearance of all invoices for payment and monitor transportation of all sample products and perform a regular evaluation of all photo samples.
• Prepare and processes all import documents and broker invoices and manage all contained shipments in coordination with freight carriers and customers.

• Monitor and provides input for departmental budget and manage budget expenditures.

Qualifications:

• College graduate of Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, or any related course.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in distribution/warehousing.
• Required Skill(s): Dispatch Operations, Inventory Monitoring, Transport Utilization, Import/Export Processing.

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php18,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Experience:

• Logistics Management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Inventory Management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Import Processing: 2 years (Preferred)
