Logistics Supervisor

Job Description
Supervise a team of delivery drivers, providing them with training, guidance, and motivation to achieve daily and overall delivery goals
Plan, organize and execute daily delivery schedule to ensure high productivity and on-time delivery
Identify and resolving delivery issues
Responsible for driver feedback
Observe and provide feedback on current practices to identify areas for improvement
6 days' work week
Job Requirement:
Must have a valid Class 4 driving license
Forklift license is a bonus Min. 2 years of experience in supervisory roleJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
