The Logistics Supervisor - Emergency Pandemic Stockpile Logistics is responsible for supervision of general warehouse operations and activities. He is responsible for monitoring warehouse operations performance, quality and ensuring safe and efficient operation of goods and equipment. He is conversant with the pandemic operational plan and the stock inventory management to fulfil the customer requirement. With that; he plans in details the execution plan and communicates with his team.
Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)

o Communicate requirements and activities to stakeholders. Review the communication flow and to make improvement with the team
Lead and share with fellow colleagues on value-based culture and a culture of accountability in the organisation
Lead and review the warehouse team in adhering to organisation's governance, compliance issues and reporting processes
Lead the operation team on continuous improvement activities and performance improvement strategies
Analyse how different approaches may impact the problem-solving outcomes
Train the team on performing of the business requirements with quality
Organise workflow in accordance to WSH activities and ensure team's compliance to requirements
Learn and evaluate latest technology trends for application to logistics business. Act as the change agent for his team.
At least GCE N Level
1-2 years of relevant experience in the chosen field will be preferred
