Logistics Supervisor
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of warehouse staff and follow the direction given by Warehouse Manager Supervise & lead a team of warehouse operators on receiving, pick & pack and cross dock activities. Be responsible for the man-management and efficiency of warehousing operations Liaise with customers via e-mail & telephone for all documentation and and handling customer complaint management Monitor and manage inventory control for the warehouse including daily cycle count and housekeeping of inventory To enforce compliance to the warehouse procedures and safety and 5S Compiles KPIs for warehouse assistant to ensure the Program meets expectation, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records, daily activities and documentation retention
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
