Job Responsibilities:

- To lead a team of logistics assistants in carrying daily warehouse activities
Be responsible for the man-management and efficiency of warehousing operations
To ensure conformance of workplace safety and operations procedures
To work closely with customers and internal stakeholders in ensuring seamless customer delivery and handling customer complaint management
To train new logistics assistants
Monitor and manage inventory control for the warehouse including daily cycle count and housekeeping of inventory
Compiles KPIs for logistics assistant to ensure the Program meets expectation, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records, daily activities and documentation retention
To be able to handle ad-hoc logistics projects
