Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

    • To lead a team of logistics assistants in carrying daily warehouse activities
  • Be responsible for the man-management and efficiency of warehousing operations
  • To ensure conformance of workplace safety and operations procedures
  • To work closely with customers and internal stakeholders in ensuring seamless customer delivery and handling customer complaint management
  • To train new logistics assistants
  • Monitor and manage inventory control for the warehouse including daily cycle count and housekeeping of inventory
  • Compiles KPIs for logistics assistant to ensure the Program meets expectation, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records, daily activities and documentation retention
  • To be able to handle ad-hoc logistics projects
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma with 2-3 years experiences preferred
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Positive work attitude
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Possession of class 3 or 4 driving license is an added advantage
