Job Description
:
- Plan daily delivery routes and schedule that is most efficient and productive for the company;
- Planning of the warehouse space, preparing and arranging for incoming shipments to be received,
- Coordinating with freight forwarders for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Responsible for inventory management; preparation of monthly inventory reports to be submitted,
- To implement processes and systems to enhance better operational work flow,
- To assist in basic IT support, setup of computers and systems when needed.
- Managing the warehouse, delivery and admin personnel.
Requirements:
- Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in warehouse management system.
- PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics Navision will be a bonus, otherwise will be trained.
- Must be organized and responsible and have a sense of initiative.
- Able to work independently and in a fast paced environment with an ability to prioritize and multi task.
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
- 5-day work week; Only Singaporeans / SPRs will be considered.
