Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and directions to manage performance of Local Service Providers.
• Manage daily operations to ensure on time delivery to customers.
• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Deliver effective KPI reporting with agreed and achievable measures including consistent follow-up.
• Close coordination with supply planners and CS on inventory allocations and backorders.
• Understand end to end process and develop SOP for standardized processes and execution.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by means of implementing cycle count procedure and leading annual stock take.
• Achieve financial objectives by delivering cost optimization; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute process improvement opportunities and cost savings initiatives.
• Lead and negotiate transportation & warehousing RFQ process.
• Understand, interpret, and ensure compliance of all import/export regulatory requirements.
• Verify & approve invoice accuracy from Local Service Providers.
• Lead and conduct monthly/quarterly business review with Local Service Provider.
• A team member of the APAC EH&S.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
  

• Degree with at least 7 years OR Diploma with at least 10 years relevant working experience in a Logistics/Supply Chain environment.
• Strong knowledge in inventory management, logistics, warehouse, and end-to-end inbound and outbound operation.
• Positive attitude with progressive mindset and strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proven track records of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage broad responsibilities and handle hands-on tasks.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to interact with different level of people.
• Prior exposure to ERP system is preferred (Oracle, SAP, JDE).
