Job Description


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

The responsibilities of the post holder will include but not be limited to the following:

Goods Inwards

\xc2\xb7 To receive in all good items to the company.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure prompt inspection of goods received and any missing hire items or damages are passed to Sales team.

\xc2\xb7 Entering of all goods received to the stock system and correlating the items received to the purchase order to ensure our order requirements are fulfilled.

\xc2\xb7 To record all items received from customers for repair/calibration.

\xc2\xb7 To receive in all goods delivered to the company.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure any non conformances are reported to the supplier.

Goods Out

\xc2\xb7 To accurately pick stock items in accordance with the outgoing paperwork ensuring conformance to the customer\'s requirements.

\xc2\xb7 To adequately package all orders for safe delivery to the customer.

\xc2\xb7 To liaise with the various freight forwarders delivery in the required timeframe.

Stock Control / General

\xc2\xb7 To keep control of all stock parts and to maintain security for all sale assets.

\xc2\xb7 To keep the goods in / out / stores areas free of hazards to comply with Health and Safety requirements and the company\'s Health & Safety Policy.

\xc2\xb7 To issue stock parts to the workshop as required and to update the system accordingly.

\xc2\xb7 To assist with regular stock checks when required.

Singapore Export Compliance Manager:

  • Implement and maintain an Export Control regulations compliance framework
  • Develop and maintain internal Export Control compliance policies, processes and procedures in line with the Group Compliance Manager
  • Ensure AP staff maintain awareness and provide training on current Export Controls regulation and related issues.
  • Support the business providing advice on Export Control related queries including providing assistance with export classification and licence requirements.
  • Monitor compliance activities and effectiveness of internal controls conducting assessments and audits on Export Control Policies, processes and procedures
Experience and Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 NTec in Business Management or relevant subject

\xc2\xb7 Experience in freight/shipping/import-export documentation

\xc2\xb7 Experience of project management

\xc2\xb7 Experience supervising a small team

\xc2\xb7 Experience of working within ISO9001 framework Skills and Knowledge

\xc2\xb7 Excellent organisational and time management skills

\xc2\xb7 Exceptional attention to detail with good analytical skills

\xc2\xb7 Strong problem solving skills

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of goods in-out processes

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills; e.g. report writing, customer service

\xc2\xb7 Seatronics\' compliance processes, including but not restricted to Customs/Export Control/Import/Anti-Bribery/QA Personal Qualities

\xc2\xb7 Ability to carry out duties in a timely and organised manner with particular attention to maintaining the high QA standards already in place.

\xc2\xb7 Customer focused with a forward thinking attitude

\xc2\xb7 Outgoing team player with a professional approach.

\xc2\xb7 Able to communicate at all levels
