Job Description


The Principal Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and analyzing various supply chain costs and key performance metrics. This role involves developing financial and service models, preparing business cases, and frequently presenting to Supply Chain leadership. The Principal Supply Chain Analyst utilizes analytic processes to support the entire supply chain team, including distribution, transportation, and inventory, to solve issues and assist project managers.Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Track daily shipments and support tracking inquiries.xc2xb7 Provide support for any shipping inquiries and identify optimal shipping methods, shipment lead times.xc2xb7 File access tickets for POP deliveries.xc2xb7 Support requests for trade data and engage Client Trade Manager as necessary.xc2xb7 Work closely with internal and external team to prepare shipping documents to supportxc2xb7 APAC shipments.xc2xb7 Perform and support systematic tracking of inbounds, intercompany movement, transfers and provide guidance to resolve cases.- Maintain accurate and timely daily reports- Support analytical requests and monthly KPI reporting preparationxc2xb7 Support RMA transactions and coordination with vendor.xc2xb7 Coordinating Reverse Logistics shipments & support inventory review efforts to ensure high inventory accuracy and availability.xc2xb7 Oversee the quality of work for control tower and clientxe2x80x99s vendors.xc2xb7 Weekly internal (XFN team) and external meeting to keep operations on track with project timelines.xc2xb7 Ensure processes compliance to clientxe2x80x99s policy- Maintain work instructions and update vendors on process changes- Review shipment failures and provide corrective and/or improvement suggestions- Participate and document feedback for process or system testingSkills

  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role
  • Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g., inventory planning, warehouse management)
  • Strong understanding of forecasting techniques, inventory management, and capacity planning
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Analytical mind with business acumen

Qualifications- Degree in business or Logistics related field- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in freight forwarding, warehousing, supply chain, order fulfilment- Able to work independently, be a good team player and comfortable with daily client facing- Meticulous and fast learner- Excellent process knowledge and sensitivity
