hands-on, proactive, and motivated Operations Executive

? What You'll Be Doing

Oversee daily supply chain and logistics operations across hubs. Coordinate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and drivers for timely deliveries. Troubleshoot delivery or transportation issues to ensure

customer satisfaction

. Manage stock levels and support retail outlets on stock movement and replenishment. Maintain accurate logs and documentation of goods and transportation flows. Plan and delegate order processing across hubs to ensure efficiency. Prepare logistics and operational reports when required. Ensure compliance with operational safety and regulatory standards.

?Who We Are Looking For

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or any related field. At least

2 years

of relevant working experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate in

both English and Mandarin

(spoken & written) to liaise with stakeholders. Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines in a fast-paced
