The Opportunity

  • Work in Swiss MNC company specialising in the finance industry
  • 3 working days per week (Flexible)
  • Working hours: 9am - 12pm
  • Location: City Hall
  • Salary: up to $1000 SGD /month
The Talent:
  • Prior office/secretarial background is advantageous
  • Good communication skills needed
  • Strong Knowledge in excel, word, PowerPoint
  • Any HR/office management tool knowledge is advantageous
  • Responsible for daily office administration, including office supplies, office security etc.
  • Support the local director to arrange and coordinating meetings, presentations, events, travelling, hotel booking etc.
  • Support with HR matters including processing of employee information for on/off-boarding, insurance coverage, staff reimbursement etc
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, binding, photocopying, data entry.
