Job Description
Our company is from the FMCG industry, and they are looking for a [long-term - part-time] sales coordinator or a sales support role. This role only works in the morning (average 4 hours per day only).

- Input into the company\'s shipping system
- Documentation (L/C, packing list, etc.)
- Order management
- Invoice issuance
- Sales management
- No experience is required, but we welcome applicants with a sense of responsibility and a long-term commitment to the company.
- Beginner level of English required for communicating with customers via email and making and receiving phone calls.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Salary: S$15 per hour, depending on experience
- Transportation Allowance: Actual expenses paid (MRT+Bus)
- Working hours: Weekdays 4 days a week or more, 4 hours a day. Core time 10:00~12:00 *Working days can be adjusted.
- Location: Raffles Place Station, Terok Aya Station is the closest station to the center of Singapore.
