Key Responsibilities

A. Driving & Transportation

Operate company lorry to transport IT equipment, recyclables, and materials between client sites, warehouses, and processing facilities. Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed safely, on schedule, and with proper documentation (e.g., DO, GRN, collection notes). Conduct daily vehicle inspections, ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance. Comply with road safety, NEA, and company transport regulations. Assist in loading and unloading materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual handling as needed.

B. Warehouse Supervision

Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, sorting, dismantling, and dispatch of materials. Ensure accurate recording of stock movements, GRNs, and asset tracking in system or Excel sheets. Plan and allocate manpower for warehouse operations and oversee productivity and safety. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with R2v3, ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards. Coordinate with the operations team on incoming/outgoing shipments, segregation (recyclable vs non-recyclable), and scrap categorization.

C. Safety & Compliance

Enforce safety protocols for material handling, forklift use, PPE compliance, and fire safety. Conduct routine checks on storage conditions, especially for batteries, electronics, and hazardous waste. Report any vehicle or warehouse incidents promptly to management. Support environmental, health & safety (EHS) initiatives and internal audits.

D. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain delivery orders, collection receipts, and stock movement records. Support monthly stock counts and assist in discrepancy investigations. Prepare simple daily/weekly reports on transport activities and warehouse operations. Ensure accurate labeling, tagging, and tracking of all materials.

Requirements

Possess valid Singapore Class 4 driving license. Minimum 3 years of driving and/or warehouse supervision experience. Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading tasks. Knowledge of warehouse operations, e-waste handling, or logistics preferred. Familiar with safety and environmental standards (ISO / R2v3) is an advantage. Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. * Basic computer literacy (Excel, inventory systems).
