Key Responsibilities

Planning and assigning delivery routes for ownself and other drivers Transporting goods and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner. Checking of goods and materials before and after delivery Documentation of delivery orders Assisting with loading and unloading Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction. Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours. Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing. Ensure vehicle is in good operating condition and inform company if any maintenance/repair is required.

Valid class 3 driving license is a must Valid class 4 driving license is a plus and will be entitled to higher salary Clean driving record. Sound knowledge of road safety regulations. Working knowledge of local roads and routes. The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals. Good coordination and organizaton skills Able to work well in a team Punctual and reliable. willing to work on the weekend and public holidays * Willing to assist with loading and unloading
