Deliver excellent customer services according to company's standards and ensure company's standards of service are consistently executed at all times . Ensure the cleanliness & tidiness of the lounge . Greet, receive and bid farewell to customers . Present and maintain a polite, friendly and professional manner with customers at all times . Serve guests with a pleasant and friendly attitude . Upsell lounge passes and services to customers . Arrange tables and chairs for events and lounge operations . Walk around the lounge constantly to ensure everything is in order . Pushing of airport trolleys out of lounge . Ensure delivered orders tally with ordered quantity . Be responsible for the stock management, handling cash and other forms of payment . Perform opening, closing and side duties . Assist in stock control of food and beverage . Clean the table after guests finished their meals . Provide food and drink recommendations to guests . Serve food and beverages . Assist in setting up the bar counters and replenishing food and beverages at food counters and refrigerators . Assist team members and manager to ensure the efficient running of the day to day bar operation . Be responsible for bar operations including ordering, preparation and inventory . Keep the bar area tidy and clean, ensure equipment is in good condition and food safety standards are met . Mix cocktails / house specialties and prepare beverages . Label, cover and refrigerate prepped items for the bar . Taste coffee regularly to maintain familiarity with products and quality standards . Any other duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time
