Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering excellent F&B customer services in the Club\'s lounge
- Attending to customer\'s request, assist in F&B orders, serving of food and beverages to customers
- Ability to present menus confidently to customers, upsell the variety of F&B to customers
- Consistently deliver checks upon customers requests or orders, including collecting of bill payments
- Ensure smooth operations to achieve good customer satisfaction
- Assist in clearing and resetting of tables according to hygiene standards and requirements as per SOPs
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness of the service and pantry areas and disposal of garbage
- Perform day to day pre-opening and closing activities as per required SOPs
- Assist in counting month-end F&B inventories for reporting purposes
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
- Professional qualifications in Food & Beverage with 1-year relevant working experience in F&B related businesses is preferred
- Applicant should not be younger than 18 years old as there is liquor served
- Pleasant personality, customer centric and with a can-do attitude
- Able to work on weekends & Public holidays and long hours when required
- Flexibility to work in shifts, with shift hours ending at 12midnight or 1am
