We are seeking a talented and creative Loyalty Marketing Intern (APAC) who will be responsible for marketing campaigns and rewards partnerships for foodpanda\'s loyalty and rewards programme - panda rewards. She/he will work closely with the Lead, Growth Innovation APAC to develop and execute marketing campaigns to grow panda rewards across all APAC markets. The role is a mix of growth marketing and loyalty operations and will give you exposure in building a program from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of creative marketing campaigns across APAC\'s 11 markets to promote the Panda Rewards program and increase engagement while driving more incremental uplift for the business
  • Conduct regular analysis of panda rewards\' performance across APAC markets and benchmarking of loyalty and rewards programmes by competitors to recommend innovative campaign ideas and improved product features
  • Configure stamp cards for Panda Rewards, handle CX issues and partner markets on blockbuster campaigns to drive engagement and excitement
  • Assist in the acquisition of new rewards and incentives to attract and retain customers
  • Assist in producing performance reports for panda rewards, evaluating participation rates, purchasing behaviour and financial sustainability of the programme
  • Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders such as Design, Brand Marketing, Partnerships, Product, as well as growth teams at the local and regional level to optimise the overall user journey on the programme
  • Prepare campaign performance reviews and regular updates to regional management and country leadership
Requirements:
  • Final year undergraduate or graduates currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field are welcome to apply
  • Experience or knowledge about social media marketing, earn and burn loyalty models and growth hacking will be an advantage
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholders well via excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly analytical and structured in terms of thinking & willingness to get your hands dirty with data
  • Some proficiency in SQL to conduct simple queries or a willingness to learn to do so
  • Adept at creating engaging presentations based on in-depth data analysis and strong commercial insights
  • Highly creative, innovative and willing to disrupt the industry; interest in social gaming will be a plus
