What are weAt Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.Project opportunityWe are supporting a large global consulting brand build out their loyalty practice across APAC. Our client has a large portfolio of projects across SE Asia and Australia focused on supporting large retail, commerce and travel clients build out their loyalty and CRM strategies and propositions.They are looking to bring in a number of individuals to bolster their capability in the region and are keen to engage people.Experience Needed
- Experience in defining loyalty and CRM strategies and propositions
- Experience either within consulting (with experience of working on loyalty related projects) or from industry having worked within internal teams focused on defining their organisations loyalty strategy and offering
- Consultant to Manager level - so ideally 3-10 years experience
- Comfortable leading projects, engage directly with senior stakeholders within an organisation
- Experience building strategies and designing customer loyalty propositions
- Location: Australia, Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines)
Contract length: 3 monthsSalary: From $12,000.00 per monthSchedule:
- Day shift
- Management or Strategy consulting: 1 year (Required)

- Customer loyalty: 2 years (Required)
