Description and Requirements

Core Technical Expertise in Toolchain Mastery with deep expertise in multiple tool categories. Monitoring/Observability (Cisco AppD, Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK) DevOps/CI-CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOp) + Automation/Orchestration (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes Operators, Rundeck)
+ ITSM/Service Management (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
+ Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP native tooling)
+ Security Tools (SIEM, Vulnerability Scanners, IAM solutions).
+ Understanding of tool interoperability standards (APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, OpenTelemetry).

Integration & Ecosystem Design:
Proven experience designing end-to-end integrated toolchains (e.g., CI-CD Infrastructure as Code Monitoring+ ITSM). + Skill in building custom connectors/adapters between tools using scripting (Python, Go) or middleware.
Process & Governance Skills + Tooling Strategy & Roadmaps:
+ Ability to define long-term tooling visions aligned with business goals.
+ Experience conducting tool rationalization/consolidation initiatives.
Standards & Compliance: + Establishing tooling standards, best practices, and governance frameworks (e.g., RBAC, audit logging).
Ensuring compliance with security policies (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and data residency requirements Lead the recommendation, development and implementation of the company's technology strategy and roadmap in Tools Domain Leadership & Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders collaborating with Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Security, and Operations teams to identify needs. Vendor Management in evaluating vendors/POCs, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships. Change Management in driving adoption of new tools/practices across engineering orgs. Creating training programs and documentation.

You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field Minimum of 8 years work experiences in complex Tools project, delivery consultation and/or leading solutions as an Enterprise Architect Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies in designing and implementing Tools solutions including ITSM, ITOM, APM, and CI-CD etc. Experience and good knowledge of modern Tools technologies, applied methodology and best practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Excellent team player and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Good to have:

ITIL Certifications (ITIL 4 Practice Manager) Cloud and infra-Security knowledge E.g. AWS, Azure CISSP, PAM, EDR, EPP, DAM, DLP etc Familiar with Technical and Critical Infrastructure Stack within Government environment and practices like Data Classification compliance e.g IM8, Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) and/or Confidential Cloud Computing, etc
