Leveraging your software development expertise, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative SharePoint solutions that enhance productivity, streamline business processes, and drive organizational success.You will:\xc2\xb7 Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, and translate them into technical designs and specifications for SharePoint solutions.\xc2\xb7 Develop, configure, and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts to address specific business needs and improve operational efficiency.\xc2\xb7 Utilize your proficiency in SharePoint Designer and InfoPath to create custom forms, templates, and workflows that enhance user experience and productivity.\xc2\xb7 Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems, such as CRM or ERP platforms, to enable seamless data exchange and process automation.\xc2\xb7 Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues and ensuring the smooth operation of SharePoint solutions.\xc2\xb7 Implement and maintain SharePoint security and access controls, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.\xc2\xb7 Monitor SharePoint performance metrics, identify areas for optimization, and implement solutions to enhance system performance and scalability.\xc2\xb7 Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in SharePoint development, and propose innovative solutions to address evolving business needs.You bring:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in software development, with a focus on designing and implementing SharePoint solutions.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in SharePoint development tools and technologies, including SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and capabilities, including site collections, content types, and permissions.\xc2\xb7 Experience with SharePoint integration techniques, such as web services, REST APIs, and third-party connectors.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly Microsoft Azure and Office 365.\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\xc2\xb7 Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet organizational objectives.This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of SharePoint solutions that drive organizational growth and innovation.
