What the role is:Principal Finance Executive / Senior Finance ExecutiveWhat you will be working on:You will be part of the LTA Finance team, responsible for the accounting and reporting of LTA's assets (corporate, rails, roads) to ensure effective assets control, compliance with regulatory policies/standards and support strategic decision making on assets related initiatives to achieve optimal life-cycle benefits. This role will require you to support business groups on fixed asset management matters to ensure asset policies, controls and procedures are adhered to.Your key responsibilities include:
xefx82xa7 executing day-to-day finance operations/advisory work to support assets accounting and reporting;
xefx82xa7 executing month-end and year-end closing processes to support financial report preparation;
xefx82xa7 performing cost reviews and capitalisation of development projects;
xefx82xa7 partnering our business groups in the management and custodian of assets through the asset's lifecycle;
xefx82xa7 support and implement the digitized processes and enhancements to achieve work efficiency.What we are looking for:

• Tertiary Education in Business/ Accountancy
• Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience is preferred
• Effective team player who is committed and self-driven
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous and is able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of SAP Financial system will be an added advantage
• As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment.xe2x80x9d
