What the role is:
[LTA-HR] ASSISTANT MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP DIVISION)
What you will be working on:
You will be part of the Human Resources Business Partnership Division supporting work improvements and digital efforts. The role combines administrative excellence with data analytics capabilities to drive process improvements and support strategic HR initiatives towards achieving the organisation's vision, mission and strategic thrusts.
This position requires you to support the implementation of HR process improvement initiatives by documenting current workflows and suggesting potential enhancements. You will partner with the HRBPs in the digital transformation projects, including the evaluation and implementation of automation tools. As part of employee engagement survey process, you will assist in analysing results and help create presentation materials with insights for line management. You will also provide administrative support to the HRBPs team in their daily operations.
In addition, you may be assigned to other Centre of Excellence portfolio such talent acquisition & outreach, workforce planning, compensation, recognition & services, learning & career development as part of career development.
